JOIN THE PENGUIN GROUP (USA)
COLLEGE FACULTY INFORMATION SERVICE
Penguin Group (USA) offers course adoption assistance as near as your phone or computer! Over the
past few years, The College Faculty Information Service has grown to cover an even wider range of fine
titles from all Penguin Group (USA) imprints in a continuing effort to offer personalized service to
professors, and to supplement and enhance information provided by our college reps in the field.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
Any assistant, associate, adjunct, or full professor who teaches in a U.S. university or college and who
regularly adopts paperback books is invited to join the Penguin Group (USA)College Faculty
Information Service. Simply complete and return the questionnaire on the next page, and catalogs
relevant to your courses will be sent to you. You can then e-mail or call us to discuss appropriate
titles and your examination copy choices. Thereafter, you’ll automatically receive pertinent title
information, and, of course, as a CFIS member you are welcome to call or e-mail us at any time.
HOW THE PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU
Through Penguin Group (USA)’s College Faculty Information Service, you’ll receive advance
knowledge of new and forthcoming books of interest to you. Our program is a personalized service
designed to provide you with a helpful and interesting exchange of information. Our representative will
be glad to review Penguin Group (USA)’s extensive backlist—an invaluable aid in developing new
courses. The representative will also be able to check the copyright date or Table of Contents for
virtually any Penguin Group (USA) book and can offer a quick response to examination copy requests.
All of these services are available through a short phone call or e-mail exchange.
Look through this catalog and note the outstanding books at low prices that have made Penguin
Group (USA) the first choice of educators who use paperbacks. Then fill out the questionnaire on
the facing page and send it to us. (If the questionnaire has been removed, call 212-366-2374 or
e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org). The questionnaire is also available at our website:
It’s the first step to a continuing service that will help you select the best books for your courses.
