take part in PENGUIN GROUP (USA)’s College Faculty Information Service as described in this catalog. I’ll
expect to talk with a PENGUIN GROUP (USA) College Representative within four to six weeks of my sending in
this questionnaire. Also, I participate in decision making and agree that the purpose of requesting any examination copies will be to consider them for adoption in the courses I teach.
